A cover model for European Vogue has fallen to her death from her Manhattan apartment building in an apparent suicide.
The New York Post and Newsday say 20-year-old Ruslana Korushnova died Saturday afternoon in the Financial District. The newspapers cited unnamed officials and police.
Police say the fall is under investigation.
The British edition of Vogue hailed Korushnova as "a face to be excited about" in 2003.

Such a tragedy. I feel terrible for her family and their loss. The fashion world will be a bit dimmer without her.
Note by Celebitchy: In the article I read, they called the guy she watched Ghost with that night her “ex-boyfriend.” It sounds suspicious to me, but they also say it looks deliberate and like there was no foul play. We’ll have to see what comes out of the investigation.

Supermodel Ruslana Korshunova, 20-years-old, died yesterday afternoon after jumping to her death nine stories above the earth. Korushnova was popular with designers Marc Jacobs and DKNY. British Vogue featured her on the cover and even hailed her as "a face to be excited about" back in 2005. Sad. So young and beautiful. R.I.P.
