Scarlett was scheduled to attend the film festival to promote her new Woody Allen film “Vicky Cristina Barcelona,” but the movie studio behind the picture reportedly refused to accommodate her outrageous demands.
The French branch of Warner Brothers Films, distributors of Vicky Cristina Barcelona in France, had spent weeks negotiating with Johansson’s representatives about flying her to Cannes.
