Niki Taylor and her husband, NASCAR driver Burney Lamar , have welcomed a baby girl. Ciel Taylor Lamar -- who weighed 7 lbs., 8 oz. -- was born at 11:30 a.m.in Nashville on Wednesday (a day before Taylor's 34th birthday).
