There weren't too many "scoops" coming out of the Cannes Film Festival this year, but thanks to a kick-ass French schmoe by the name of ' Mat ', we have come to discover Quentin Tarantino announcing his next film as the one that we've all been waiting for over 5 years now: INGLORIOUS BASTARDS !
