In 2009 we have seen meteoric careers evolve in the music industry because the singer has a certain look and manner that mostly appeal in Taylor's case to young girls between possibly 8 and 15. Older than that is going to Lady Ga Ga, Beyonce and Dance Music pros. Taylor Swift is not a traditional country artist like Loretta Lynn or Tammy Wynette was, she is from northern Pennsylvania and not known for exceptional musicianship or vocals. she is an exceptional money maker and if you thread the look, with the tween stories and her off the field publicity, if I were her management I would not care if she could play acoustic like Stills or sing like Heart. I think this whole marketing plan of Taylor Swift the megastar is working, money wise.
