ONE SHINING MOMENT: Yes, Ted Mosby is a jerk, but my goodness that was a HIMYM end-credits joke worth the wait. Especially compared with some of the pre-strike dreck, this one was worth putting in your scrapbook.

I always love a Barney-centric episode of "How I Met Your Mother," and last night's was no exception. Barney set out to find a saboteur, and most emphatically did not learn a heartwarming lesson along the way. Remember the girl he seduced as "Ted Mosby, Architect"? Well, we saw her again. The web site, tedmosbyisajerk.com, is a little undercooked compared to some of the TV side projects we've seen lately, but what makes it truly a "How I Met Your Mother" thing is that it was really Barney Stinson who treated some woman in jerky fashion. He just was just Ted's name when he did whatever he did that inspired her to create the web site. This is supposed to be a show about Ted - the "I" in the title - but once again he's the least interesting character on it. Monday's episode was a gem, though, as Barney used March Madness-style bracket mania to get his pals ...

I'm guessing everyone and his/her mother is looking at TedMosbyIsAJerk.com today, which is the reason I haven't been able to get on the site until now. It was mentioned on last night's Barney-centric episode of How I Met Your Mother , and it's one woman's hilarious explanation of why no one should ever hook up with Ted Mosby (who is really Barney -- long story).
