The tax man is sending action star Wesley Snipes to jail for 3 years!
Snipes has been fighting the IRS for the last decade claiming that he didn't owe the approximately $5 million they said he did.
But then on Thursday, hours before Snipes was to be sentenced by the government, he cut the Feds three checks for the $5 mill, delivered in court.
WTF? What an expensive way to admit you're wrong!
