The film is described as following Michael Moore on a tour he went on in 2004 to rally young people to vote in that year's presidential election. (And we all know how well that turned out.) It sounds like it might be similar to The Big One, a film that followed him on a tour he went on to promote a book he wrote back in the mid '90s.

That might explain why Moore has decided to bypass theatres altogether and release the film, for free and under an entirely different name, over the internet later this month. Now known as Slacker Uprising, the film will be available to Americans and Canadians here for three weeks, beginning September 23, and then it will be released on DVD. -- Associated Press
