There are conflicting reports of whether he's looking at two or three charges. However, the AP says he was allegedly found with MDMA, also known as ecstasy, and methamphetamine. It's a bummer because the guy's career is currently on fire. Aside from the hit sitcom, he stole his brief scene in last year's "Knocked Up."
