Are Angelina Jolie and Hillary Clinton related? Howabout Barack Obama and Brad Pitt? Well, some researchers at the New England Historic Genealogical Society in Boston, have reportedly discovered that may in fact be the case. The researchers, with apparently too much time on their hands, found some some interesting family connections. It turns out Barack Obama is a distant cousin of Brad Pitt, and Angelina Jolie is a distant cousin of Hillary Clinton. Will there be a political war in the Brangelina household? Did you hear this story? As LUCK would have it, Angelina Jolie is related to Hilary Clinton and Brad Pitt is related to Obama according to a new genealogy report. My friend David over at Pretty on the Outside sent me these pictures to commemorate the occasion. Will it change their vote for the election? Will the couple break up over their new political allegiances? Will… ah who am I kidding? The pictures are funny though right? Brad resembles Jessica Simpson’s hair stylist while Angeline looks a bit like Diane Sawyer with a few too many lip injections. LOVE IT! ...

This could cause a house divided for Mr and Mrs Smith. Turns out researchers put in extra hours at the office and discovered that Brad Pitt and Barack Obama are ninth cousins, linked by Edwin Hickman, who died in Virginia in 1769, while Angelina Jolie and Hillary Clinton are ninth cousins, twice removed, both related to Jean Cusson, who died in St Sulpice, Quebec, in 1718. I mean, it makes sense that this far down the family tree we'd discover that various celebs are related to one another but to find out that Brad and Angelina are each related to the opposing Democratic candidates running for president is just really weird.
