... it went downhill from there even though the movie bought in over $70 million dollars worth of tickets. Yes The Happening has sold over $60 million dollars worth of tickets world wide, but it doesn’t mean I am going to like the movie. To summarize it, a family is on the run from an inexplicable and unstoppable event that threatens mankind. M. Night is also known for his unique twists in his movies, but nothing was unique.
