Now that’s a statement! I bet this outfit would bring in big ticket sales for Rihanna, who just began her German tour in Munich. Do you think her boyfriend Josh Hartnett was at the concert and better yet I wonder if she keeps this outfit on after the concert.

Oops…and the winner should have been Rihanna
Bitten and Bound —   Katy Perry walked away with the Best International Song award at the 10th NRJ Awards in Cannes, but is apparently not the rightful owner of the award.   It was later stated by the host of the show, Nikos Aliagas  that there had been an error in the vote counting and Rihanna should have been the winner for Disturbia. Perry did actually score a win for the Best International Album. Other NRJ Award winners were Enrique Iglesias, The Pussycat Dolls and the Jonas Brothers. The NRJ ...
