Are they back on? Jessica Simpson was seen having lunch with Tony Romo in L.A. Friday at Katsuya after three weeks of not being photographed together and widespread reports the couple had split. Columnist Alan Peppard of The Dallas Morning News reported Simpson and Romo were dunzo Thursday.
