She’s pregnant with her second child (it’s a girl) and filming a reality TV show so that America can see every detail.  And yesterday Tori Spelling’s friends and family threw her a baby shower. The “Beverly Hills 90210” starlet was spotted leaving the Le Petit Hotel in West Hollywood, along with the camera crew from her new show.
