Vanessa Williams has come clean: She's gets Botox – and she loves it.
"I certainly do Botox, which I definitely think that almost every woman that I know has imbibed," she admits on The Barbara Walters Special , airing at 7 p.m. (ET) Sunday before the Oscars .
