According to TMZ.com , VELVET REVOLVER singer Scott Weiland was arrested for DUI (Driving Under the Influence) late last month. The former STONE TEMPLE PILOTS frontman was driving on an L.A. highway around 6:15 PM on November 21 when he crashed his car.
