Watchimatize this Dubya poster! It's an exclusivity type deal!
Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. The talkbacks are going to be very curious on this one. Oliver Stone's W is a fascinating project. It weirds me out how in the trailer not one person looks like the people they're playing, but at the same time they look EXACTLY like the people they're playing. I don't know how the hell Stone does that, but it adds a very surreal layer onto everything. Now we got ... [link]

First Official Poster for Oliver Stone's W. Biopic
Published 8/4/2008 by Alex Billington at FirstShowing.net
... , now see the poster. This actually is a lot more impressive than that first teaser trailer, so give it a shot and enjoy. Our friends at Ain't It Cool News have unveiled the first teaser poster for Oliver Stone's W. biopic and it's a simple yet entertaining first look at Josh Brolin as George W. Bush. If it weren't for the mediocre trailer, this poster would have successfully made me more excited for W., in the sense that I always love when they do "teasers" like this and continue the whole thing later on with a final poster. If you get what ...

W. Gets a Teaser
Published 8/5/2008 by Larking at Movie Poster Addict
... this is not an image that is exactly gonna assuage the fear of the people who think this will be a one-sided hit job. But it is also not a big enough or fresh enough slam to get the people who have a problem with Bush’s presidency excited. It sits at an uneasy middle that seems like it won’t be very satisfying for anybody. Much like the film, actually. And then again, there is some fascinating weirdness in there, making me curious. Much like the film. (Via AICN)

Poster And 2 Images From Stone's W.
Published 8/5/2008 at Cinema Blend News
Poster And 2 Images From Stone's W. The first real teaser poster for Oliver Stone’s W. popped up online earlier today over at AICN . See a full version of it over there. It looks good. Brolin looks good. Convincing even. For some reason though he looks a little less convincing in the two teaser images from the film Lionsgate gave us below. It's that first one which is really throwing me. He looks like he just feel out of a Tarantino movie, Kill Bill in particular. Actually, now that's a movie I'd want to see. Josh Brolin doing George Bush in Kill Bill . Bring it on. In ...

OLIVER STONE'S W HAS A NEW POSTER
Published 8/5/2008 at FilmDrunk.com
W, Oliver Stone's George W. Bush biopic opens in October, and just released this new teaser poster.  As you can see, it features some chick with three arms doing W's hair and makeup, though I wonder if she knows her comb is backwards.  And then he's gonna grab the mike and be all, "Let's get ready to rummm-blllllle..."  Man, politics looks fun. Official Poster for Oliver Stone’s Biopic W
Published 8/5/2008 by Prem at Reel Suave
... Ain’t it Cool News first unveiled the teaser poster and I must say it looks pretty good. Still the question mark remains if its going to be a serious political drama or a light hearted comedy. Its a very different kind of Teaser poster, and honestly even I have no clue whether this would be an Oliver Stone Classic. Nevertheless, for the time being, enjoy the Poster below. ...

Oliver Stone's 'W' Poster Finds More Flaws in Bush's Polished Veneer

... in a voice so resounding it would echo through the halls of every foreclosed home in the country, he's been using microphones? And he's still in office? If all this is going on, he's probably been brushing his teeth and regularly showering, too. Thank you for another eye-opening exposé, Oliver Stone. Leno monologues usually have me laughing too hard to understand their significance, and rarely suggest Bush may be sneaking a peek during his grooming. But this... this speaks volumes.
