American Idol managed to bounce back after last week's season-low, albeit it failed to break the 24 million mark. "Dancing with the Stars" was the second most watched telecast of the night, although CBS' underrated " NCIS" wasn't far behind. CBS has announced their 2008 Fall Schedule. How I Met Your Mother and New Adventures of Old Christine are back. The Amazing Race will be back. That's about all I care for. Like ABC , they didn't really have to change that much with all the procedurals that are returning. I'd like to also add, The Unit and NCIS are still on?
