Judgment day for rapper Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., aka Lil' Wayne, accused of stiffing New Orleans jeweler Jack Sutton. ''Final judgment is hereby entered against the defendant,'' says Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Scott Silverman's two-page order. Carter owes Sutton $146,000 -- ``which sum shall bear interest at the rate of 11% a year.''
