... more is that it looks superb, very dark in tone and atmosphere, and very real in its city scapes. In short it looks stunning. I really like the fact that the film doesn't all seem to play out at night, that Batman is standing atop a huge skyscraper that looks like it's part of a real city, not some fantasy city. Then there's the Joker, threatening to steal the show from Batman, he looks and sounds exceptionally evil. I wonder if this could be the biggest and best Batman to date? Trailer Watch: The Dark Knight

... The trailer for Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight is finally online. Hi-res is much better than herky-jerky cameracams on YouTube. Heath Ledger as The Joker looks sinister and creepy here. ‘Dark Knight’ Trailer Presents The Joker Show
Published 12/17/2007 by Christopher at SpoutBlog
As if that IMAX preview of The Dark Knight weren’t enough, here’s the actual trailer for the Batman Begins sequel. It’s a perfect companion to the preview, because it’s all about The Joker. This time, though, we get to see more of Heath Ledger, without the rubber mask he wears for the bank heist. I guess there are a few shots in there of Christian Bale as Bruce Wayne/Batman, but really who could pay him notice? I think Maggie Gyllenhaal (replacing Katie Holmes) has more ...

'The Dark Knight' Trailer is All We Hoped For
Published 12/17/2007 at I Watch Stuff - The Best Movie News Ever
As much as I hate lavishing affection on anything that won't later reject me, I have to say, the finally-released trailed to The Dark Knight looks pretty impressive. Heath Ledger appears to be giving us the psychotic Batman antagonist we all prayed for as Arnold Schwartzenegger assaulted us with one-line puns about freezing. Even as Nolan took a lot of liberties with the look, this feels more like the Joker than anything I've seen on screen. It's kind of chilling, really. If I didn't know it was Ledger, I don't know if I could've figured it out, which should hopefully dissuade crafty editors from making an ...

The Dark Knight Trailer and Joker Pictures

I just want to say two things about this new trailer for The Dark Knight. The trailer and spoiler for The Dark Knight has been leaked and the video can be watched here. The spoiler features the first six minutes of the movie, which opens with a bank robbery. We get to see The Joker, played by Heath Ledger, and some other villains get shot down. This Batman looks like it is going to be one of the better ones. I didn’t really care for the last one, but The Dark Knight looks a bit more action packed. It also has some really good actors in it, including; Christian Bale. Aaron Eckhart, Maggie Gyllenhaal (Who took Katie Holmes’ role), Gary Oldman, Michael Caine and Morgan Freeman. The movie opens July 18, 2008. ...

The scene shows an intense bank robbery, not dissimilar bank-heist sequence from Michael Mann's Heat, in addition to shots of the Heath Ledger's Joker and some extra scenes from the movie. cloverfield was a wussy This is all the convincing I need that Warner Bros. and Christopher Nolan have absolutely figured out how to bring innovation and excitement back to the way movies are marketed. Please go ahead and click on that one-sheet; make it bigger, drink in that red and orange fire, read that frigging great tagline again. Then think about the fact that this poster - and all the others, and all the teasers and the trailers and everything Dark Knight -related - think about how fantastically they tease, compliment and energize the look, feel, atmosphere and brand of the movie they’re selling. That isn’t always the case, of ...
