Photos: Bauer-Griffin Online The Cedars-Sinai maternity ward is full of tiny, famous pregnant women at the moment with Christina Aguilera reported to have been there since last night and now Nicole Richie there herself, with her baby on the way. It was originally thought that Nicole would be delivering next week, but perhaps things have started early. We'll keep you posted!
