Leighton Meester , GQ 's "Obsession of the Year," traveled from her "Gossip Girl" home on the Upper East Side to the heart of Times Square on Tuesday night. Hitting newsstands November 24, ET unveiled the GQ photo spread to the actress. She said the shoot made her feel "very liberated. I'm a real woman." With the moral support of her co-stars and other celeb friends, Leighton lent her vocal talent opening of the American Eagle flagship store Tuesday night. "Gossip Girl"'s Jessica Szohr and Michelle Trachtenberg were right there by her side as Leighton took the stage. Jessica told ET, "I am supporting one of my best friends and co-stars." The actress also promises much more drama on this season of the show.
