Casablancas, who just released his first solo full-length today, is planning on releasing a cover of Saturday Night Live jingle “I Wish It Was Christmas Today” as a single on the 21st of next month. The reasoning is simple. “It was a fun thing to do,” Casablancas told NME . “Everyone seems to do a Christmas song at some point, so I always said to myself I’d do that song.
