It definitely sounds like Britney, but the beat seems to be the same as "Break the Ice" from her previous album. Would they really recycle beats? The song sounds like Britney and it reportedly features Laze & Royal. Brit or not, it sure is super catchy!

It's a little weird, since we've only known about Circus for a week, and the song hasn't been taken down yet, which always raises questions.
In any case, “Candy From Strangers” reportedly features Laze & Royal, and sounds a lot like stuff on Britney Spears previous album, Blackout.
