Here is video from Hollywood.TV of the scene outside Brit’s house. Also, there are reports that a child may have been taken away in one of the two ambulances; additionally, TMZ reports that when the police arrived at her home, it was apparent that Britney was under the influence of some substance. They also report that Sean Preston and Jayden James are back with K-Fed.

Britney Spears has been taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center after a standoff with police. She was brought out of the ambulance, where she flipped off the waiting paparazzi, and is now going to get mentally evaluated. Cops found her earlier this evening at her home under the influence of an “unknown substance.” Did she try to commit suicide? Oh, those poor kids! Do they even have a chance? Cops were called to the Spears’ house after she refused to hand over custody of her kids to Kevin Federline’s bodyguard. Thankfully, the kids were returned safe to Daddy, but he went to see her around midnight, so did they come along? More to come as the story ...

Britney Spears kept her kids after the court-appointed time that she was supposed to give them back. She was refusing to give the kids to Kevin Federline’s body guard, causing the police to be notified.
The cops were there for over 3 hours, even Kevin’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, and Britney’s attorney, Anne Kiley, were present.
The scene was complete chaos… with paparazzi running a muck and several helicopters ...
