Four photographers were arrested following for reckless driving while they tailed the always attractive Britney Spears Wednesday night.
Brit was seen wearing an oversized men’s shirt, a poorly tied men’s tie, fishnet stockings with holes and scuffed up boots. She ended up at Kitson in West Hollywood for a 2 a.m. shopping spree with pal Sam Lutfi.
