
Busta Rhymes’ “Arab Money” causes controversy in U.K.

Busta Rhymes’ song “Arab Money”(below) got a U.K. radio DJ suspended when he played it on air. The song is offensive to Muslims because the first chapter of the Quran is sung and sampled, which is against the Arab law that singing a Quran verse in combination with music is prohibited.
It’s cool though, because Busta is smoothing things out with upset Arabs in the U.K.!

Last fall I received an e-mail from a rapper on Amalgam Digital named Kosha Dillz, promoting a new album he had just released called Freestyle vs. Written.
