Charlie Chaplin Takes the Blue Pill Posted at 12:00 PM Nov 09, 2009 Okay... this is The Matrix as if it was filmed in 1905 and starred Charlie Chaplin. It's not actually Charlie Chaplin nor is it a real Chaplin movie re-edited to look like The Matrix (it actually took me longer than I'd care to admit to figure that out), but a 7-minute Russian skit which is very, very well-done, except for whoever translated and edited the English subtitles, which suck out loud. Why was this made? I don't have the faintest clue, frankly, but it's seriously impressive even if its existence just kind of baffles me. If anyone knows any more about this ...
