Obsolete morality-obsessed FCC fined ABC $1.43 million for airing this 2003 "NYPD Blue" scene of a young boy seeing naked Charlotte Ross in the shower. Screencaps of the scene and a new clip with audio, after the jump. The scene in question aired on a Tuesday in late February 2003 at 10:00 p.m. along with an ABC disclaimer/parental advisory prior to the broadcast.
