DMX was arrested in Miami on August 14th on a warrant for failing to appear in a Phoenix court to face drug charges. Before that, he was arrested on multiple drug and traffic charges. DMX has remained in custody in Miami since the arrest because the Phoenix judge who issued the warrant revoked his bond.
