i guess i'm floating — Proving a bathroom can be just as intimate as the bedroom, Dent May & His Magnificent Ukulele recently stopped by The Tripwire for a hotbox recording of "Love Song 2009". I've yet to see Dent, who looks like the long lost (skinny) brother of Dan Deacon, perform live but imagine he's quite the energetic treat. Of course, I'm not the only one who hasn't seen him and handfuls of other fans just lost their chance too. Apparently Mr. May contracted the good ole' H1N1/Swine/Bubonic plague and cancelled his next four shows opening for The Fiery Furnaces. Good thing H1N1 isn't turning people into zombies or drunken, moonwalking ...
