I got a little teary watching this clip of Heidi Montag talk about the death of her stepbrother. I never connected with Heidi’s character (yes, I say character even though it’s a reality show) because of the whole Lauren Conrad feud, but this is so beyond that. This is on a much more human level and I sympathize tremendously. Truth be told, it’s a side that isn’t part of her character on The Hills and I wish this honesty was. On a personal note , a friend of mine died two days ago from taking diet pills. He was 31 years old and a WONDERFUL person.
