Let’s All Have A Saturday Night Laugh At Hillary Clinton
Anorak News — HILLARY Clinton has been on Saturday Night Live. She’s here to make you laugh. She might laugh along. And you might like to send the children from the room, lest they get scared. Politicians are judged on their sense of humour as much as their policies. Forget the soundbite, we demand a pun. It was the third consecutive “SNL” episode featuring a presidential contender. Republican candidate Mike Huckabee appeared on “Weekend Update” last week. On a November episode of “SNL,” the last before the Writers Guild of America strike, Obama ...

Hillary Clinton tries the SNL route
Celebrity Gossip by Celebridiot — Well it seemed to get Barack Obama some press when he went on Saturday Night Live in a Halloween skit dressed as himself so Hillary Clinton figured why no give it a shot on the March 1, 2008 show . She appeared last night in and Editorial Response to the opening political clip - which by the way seemed to drag on about 5 minutes too long - and poked some fun at herself. I give her credit for actually acting like a human, but it is a bit late in the race to catch Barack. Hillary Clinton makes Saturday Night Live appearance
Cele|bitchy — Hillary Clinton appeared on Saturday Night Live this weekend after their introductory skit parodying the latest Democratic debate. It featured SNL cast members Amy Poehler as Clinton and Fred Armisen as Obama. Vincent D’Onofrio of Law & Order: Criminal Intent made a cameo to interrogate Poehler. The skit tried to portray how the press softballs Obama while giving Clinton a hard time. It wasn’t hysterically funny, but I found it pretty amusing. Clinton came on after the skit, and was introduced as “An Editorial Response.” She said: “The scene you just saw was a ...

Hillary Clinton: “Saturday Night Live” Video
Top Socialite — I personally love it when a famous person can appreciate someone poking fun at them and it looks as though Hillary Clinton is one of those people. She appeared in a segment on “Saturday Night Live” after a skit about an Obama/Clinton debate and laughed at Amy Poehler’s impression of her. Way to go Hil!

Hillary Clinton on Saturday Night Live
Socialite Life — Hillary Clinton hit up Saturday Night Live this past weekend, poking fun at herself and starting off the show with its trademark exclamation of "Live from New York, it's Saturday Night!" The presidential hopeful chatted with Amy Poehler, dressed up as Hillary, who was in a skit just prior to Hillary's direct address of the audience. At one point, it looked like two Hillarys in a pod when Amy faced off with Clinton and they both complimented each other their respective outfits. I love how there's a moment during their interchange where Hillary almost seems to break from her good-natured mood when Amy starts ...

DON’T BELIEVE THE HYPE!Faded Youth Blog
Looks like Saturday Night Live is having quite an influence of the media’s portrayal of Barack Obama . A study of campaign coverage has found the press took a more critical look at their golden boy after SNL’s Febrary 23 mock debate where journalists and moderators were brutal on Hillary Clinton and star struck about the senator. The week following the mock debate, Obama ...
Wilco On "SNL": The Role Of Jeff Tweedy Will Be Played By Vincent D'Onofrio [Videodrone]Idolator: Music News, Reviews, And Gossip
While a lot of the scuttlebutt from this weekend's Saturday Night Live will probably be about Hillary Clinton's bright-eyed cameo and Andy Samberg's spot-on Diablo Cody impersonation (complete with Nate Dogg reference!), I thought the most notable part of the episode was the fact that, for the first time in forever, the band actually sounded good. Wilco's two songs were, for the most part, ...

WTF: SNL Fauxbama?The E-Biz
Wow, who remembers the last time Saturday Night Live was so politically relevant (or that so many people actually watched SNL for that matter)? On Tuesday Hillary Clinton (boo!) drew attention to SNL’s debate skit from last weekend, which highlighted the media’s pro-Obama bias, and now the show's choice of Fred Armisen as their Fauxbama is creating a debate over race in television. Critics

Saturday Night Live hasn't been this politically relevant since Chevy Chase's Gerald Ford was tumbling over desks.
