In the one-hour special, 'Kate: Her Story', the 34-year old mother of eight tells Morales that the strains of her highly publicized breakup is affecting the couple's eight children, and "the kids are starting to show signs of stress and behavioral changes." "When you look around and very close, trusted people you'd swear on your life would never 'cash you in,' for lack of better word, when people leave your house and tell completely different stories," Kate tells Natalie, "you tend not to trust people."
