Obama Plagiarizes Speech
Celebrity gossip juicy celebrity rumors Hollywood gossip blog from Perez Hilton — Barack Obama has been criticized for plagiarizing a speech during a campaign stop this past weekend and not being upfront about it. Taylor Marsh: 'I Have a Dream' Becomes Obama's 'I Have a Con'
Huffington Post Entertainment Blog — When Senator Joe Biden was found to have lifted pieces of someone else's speech he was politically humiliated. One wonders what the reaction to Senator Obama will be, now that we find out that those all important words he's been spouting are not his own. Will the standard be different for him? Jeffrey Feldman: The Chink In Obama's Armor
Huffington Post Entertainment Blog — If the Clinton campaign's accusation that Obama 'plagiarized' Deval Patrick demonstrates anything, it is the first law of presidential election thermodynamics: Every candidate who rises to 'extraordinary,' will eventually be brought down to 'normal.' For certain, very few people will ever be convinced that Barack Obama stole Patrick's words and tried to pass them off as his own.  Taken at face value it is a laughable accusation that will be seen by most for exactly what it is: a preemptive distraction by the Clinton communications team from what appears to be yet another primary loss to Obama, this time in Wisconsin.  ...

Obama's Words Are Not His Own. No Wonder Oprah Likes Him So Much
Pretty Boring - The Cure For the Daily Blah — She's got a thing for plagiarists. They get her so hot. Barack Obama is a gifted, passionate speaker. His oratory gifts are sweeping voters off their feet from coast to coast. Only trouble is the words he utters belong to another, and just because he said it's okay doesn't make it right to deceive the public. A speech Obama gave on February 16 was almost identical to one given by Massachusetts governor Deval Patrick gave on October 15, 2006. Check it out for yourself: In a society where the remake has become standard fare, it is truly disheartening to hear a ...
