I’m only posting this because I’m a huge fan of Kardinal Offishal, not so much Akon… but it makes for a tight summer joint. They need to be doing something about the visuals though….to quote “G” over at GrandGood, the girl obviously “lacks the minerals” if you know what I mean. BTW: Is that Collie Buddz on the left at the 3:14 mark? What happened to THAT dude? “IM BLIND TO U!!!!” ...

Canadian born rapper, Kardinal Offishall, is back and this time as the newest member to the Konvict team. Check out his new club banger “Dangerous” featuring hitmaker Akon. Just in time for the summer…his new album Not 4 Sale is set to drop June 24th. I got a chance to interview Kardinal last week, so be on the look for the interview to be up soon. ANY THOUGHTS?!

Why didn't anybody warn me that Kardinal Offishall was now down with the devil part of Akon's camp? After working with a handful of artists who I really dig (Glenn Lewis, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Sean Paul and, most recently, Estelle), I'm truly at a loss about how this tragedy happened without my knowledge. I suppose the Canadian dancehall/hip-hop ambassador wants to try his hand at getting crossover success in the U.S. But with Akon? My head hurts just thinking about this. For those who care, Kardinal Offishall's his new CD on the Kon Live label, Not 4 Sale, drops on June 4th. Clearly he's not ...
