Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa dressed up as 14 celebrities on "Live With Regis and Kelly's" Halloween show, wearing seven costumes apiece. They opened the show as Sarah Palin and Joe Biden, with Ripa doing her best Tina-Fey-does-Sarah-Palin impression. Ripa and Philbin also played Miley Cyrus and her dad Billy Ray, which led to a Hannah Montana music video, with Ripa playing Hannah and Philbin, Kevin Jonas. Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa opened their Halloween show this morning as Vice-Presidential candidates Joe Biden and Sarah Palin.
Later on the two switched costumes as danced around the stage as Disney’s Hannah Montana and The Jonas Brothers.
The two dressed up as a total of fourteen celebrities on today’s show.

I think the Halloween show of Live with Regis and Kelly is one of my favorite episodes of the season (besides their Christmas Eve one) and this year it rocked even more. Kelly Ripa was Miley Cyrus for one of the segments (and Regis Philbin as Billy Ray Cyrus ), and she nailed the impression of Miley down pat.
