Luke Russert, the son of Tim Russert, appeared on the Today show this morning where he talked about his father, who passed away suddenly from a heart attack just a few days ago.  Tim, as you may know, was the host of Meet the Press and his passing was quite a shock. In a nice moment, Matt Lauer, told Luke about how much his father loved him and talked about him.  I personally think that Luke looks an awful lot like his dad and my heart goes out to him, having lost his father right before Father’s Day. ...

Luke Russert remembers his father Tim Russert on The Today Show. This interview just brought me to tears. Tim's son Luke is an amazing young man: well-spoken and articulate. I'm sure Tim was so proud of him. It's still so hard to believe Tim is gone. This reminds me that we can't take our time for granted. Source
