Here we go again! For the second year in a row, Miss USA fell flat on her bottom at the Miss Universe pageant. Miss USA Crystle Stewart, of Texas, fell down during the evening gowns segment of the 2008 Miss Universe beauty pageant in Nha Trang, Vietnam on Sunday.
You may recall, Miss USA 2007, Rachel Smith, suffered a similar embarrassing tumble at last year’s Miss Universe competition live from Mexico City.

Oh the poor girl! I only saw about 5 minutes total here and there of this show last night, but this just happened to be one of the parts I saw.
Miss USA Crystal Stewart fell down during the evening gown competition just as she was starting to walk out for her big moment. She was a fantastic sport about it and got up clapping and smiling.
Last year’s Miss USA Rachel Steven became famous for falling on her booty while also walking in her evening gown.
