Zachary Levi, Chuck Season 2 of Chuck got off to a big start last week with special guest star Michael Clarke Duncan. It doesn't end there, however, because the new season of Chuck is full of big-time guest stars in just about every episode. Tonight at 8pm, Chuck returns with another O.C. alum in the form of Melinda Clarke and a multiple Emmy winner in John Larroquette. When BuddyTV spoke to the cast of Chuck at the NBC fall premiere party, we asked what guest stars they were most excited about.
