Film Junk — [image] So the question on everyone’s mind this weekend is, can Pineapple Express take down The Dark Knight ? I’d have to say there’s a pretty good chance, considering all of the early numbers and the positive buzz… but then again, who knows. Knocked Up only made $30 million in its opening weekend, but The Dark Knight made over $40 mil in its third week. Another wild card in the equation is The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 , which will probably get some good business from its female demographic (although the original didn’t do that amazing).
