The teaser trailer for Quantum of Solace is here, and it looks terrific. As a lifelong Bond fan, I'm just so happy to see the series reach such highs after the ridiculousness that proceeded Goldeneye. If The Dark Knight is the film of the Summer, then Quantum of Solace is going to be the film of the Winter. Roll on November!

I just have one question about the trailer for the newest Bond movie (which picks up its action directly after the end of Casino Royale): After two minutes of sexy, spy-y, revenge-y goodness, can you detect a single quantum of solace in any second of this preview?

I'm not one to normally post trailers of upcoming films, but I have to make an exception for this: The James Bond films for me have been the biggest movie franchise. Bigger than STAR WARS, bigger than Indy. Back in the early 80's, movie stars didn't get any bigger than Roger Moore. Now, since the last Bond film was one of the best, I am looking forward to the next.

It's the Quantum of Solace trailer. We'll call it a teaser since it stars Daniel Craig... even if it is 2 full minutes long. It's clear that for Craig's second outing as 007 the filmmaking team hasn't once been discouraged by the notion that they've been heavily influenced by the Bourne franchise. In November's performance, the role of "dead girl who must be avenged" normally played by Franka Potente will be played by Eva Green. The good ol “McFly’s” yep it isnt exactly the same thing but its the closet we’ll ever have to the actual sneakers until the year 2019. Hopefully by then we can have real hoverboards, but these hyperdunks only became available on Wensday July 2 2008 @ 4pm in California.
