The good news: the guy doing the silent film version of Batman let himself use some of the 1940s Batman serial, so Batman looks like Batman, and not that weird version from that old The Bat German movie. The bad news: Although this is called "Mark of the Mad Hatter," the Hatter really just sits in his cell. I don't think he does anything.
