A New STAR WARS: THE CLONE WARS Trailer Has Pretty Colors When Viewed In Glorious QuickTime!! Merrick here... Yahoo has posted a new trailer for the STAR WARS: THE CLONE WARS theatrical movie due in August - a project that'll also serve as an introduction to a television series this Fall. You can behold it in all kinds of Glorious QuickTime. This trailer seems to have a bit more atmosphere than the previous versions we've seen; if you've the ability to do so, be sure to watch this in HD...some interesting (vivid) color work here. Warner Bros has released a new trailer for Star Wars: The Clone Wars. The trailer has a darker underlying tone, as the Clone wars were no doubt darker times in the Star Wars Galaxy. And I love some of the imagery, like the wide shot of R2, C3PO and Anikan walking with the duel sunset over the desert (seen above), a call back to A New Hope.
