The video for Nelly's latest single 'Stepped On My J's (ft. Jermaine Dupri & Ciara)' premiered on BET just a few short hours ago. Though I think the video is pretty decent, especially considering how poor the song is(IMO), Ciara's showing was definitely the highlight of the clip. Good stuff. What do you think of the video? BET's "Access Granted" held the video premiere of Nelly's latest single, "Stepped on My J's" featuring Ciara and JD . (I could have done without the HUGE AD about the 2008 BET Awards, though.) I'm digging the whole summer vibe the video has going on as well as that cute Chanel ankle bag Ciara sported in one of her dance sequences. In a nod to the song title, Nelly and Ciara both rock Jordan designer duds throughout the video treatment. So what says you? Love the video or not? Labels: Ciara , JD , Nelly , New Music

New Video: Nelly - Stepped On My J’s Nelly premiered his new video “Stepped On My J’s” last night and it features Ciara and Jermaine Dupri. The video was a tad bit boring until right before JD’s verse. The skit was super duper funny. Ciara also makes this video worth viewing. Would you rock the ankle wallet that Ciara wore? Ladies, what if you had to do a karate kick on someone and your ankle wallet flies off? I guess it wouldn’t be any different then carrying an actual purse - well you wouldn’t have to hold it when mollywhopping somebody down in the club. There are two types of raps about sneakers: labors of love like "My Adidas" and corporate shilling, like The Game making sure to mention Nike on almost every track on The Documentary. "Stepped On My J's" is probably the latter. Nelly's rap (which rhymes "what now?" with "what now?" and "crib" with "crib" and "crib") is mere filler before he can awkwardly segue to the Do The Right Thing-quoting chorus, and Ciara (who sounds the best of the three) focuses on her beauty, but Jermanie Dupri plays the good spokesperson, describing the joy a young man feels when he dons his first ...
