Peep this 18 min clip of BET’s exclusive interview of the “King”, T.I. Basically his reasoning for having a stash of guns at the crib was “fear for his family’s safety”. Really? So how does he explain all the drugs…extacy specifically. What?? Wait let me guess “fear of staying sober and facing reality.” Yeah oooookkkkaaay- T.I. better keep it moving with these sorry ass excuses. Just goes to prove all the money in the world can’t overide that hood mentality. My people, let’s rise up from this mess! ANY THOUGHTS?!

I ended up catching the replay of BET’s “T.I. Speaks” earlier this morning after coming home from the gym. I can’t say that I even wanted to see it in the first place, but I wasn’t ready to sleep, I was a little intrigued to see who would show up: T.I., T.I.P., or Cliff Harris, & I wanted to see how bad BET would butcher the whole thing (they’re good for that these days.) T.I. spoke in an interview with BET News' Touré. In the segment which is called "T.I. Speaks", he explains that he did do wrong and does deserve to do time. He also speaks on life dealing with the weapons charges and on how it has changed him as a man.
