A federal judge on Tuesday ruled that Britney Spears' conservatorship case should remain in a California court, rejecting a claim that the local system's decision to temporarily place dad Jamie Spears in charge of her affairs had violated her civil rights. Apparently the attorney mounting the challenge against Jamie Spears didn’t have the authority or clearance to do so.  U.S. District Judge Philip Gutierrez went so far as to rebuke Jon Eardley for claiming to represent the “Gimme More” singer. dabei wollte Britty doch nur ein paar Jeans für ihren ehmaligen Apfel - jetzt Birnen-Popo kaufen, aber kaum ist sie aus dem Laden raus, wird sie empfangen wie der Papst am Petersdom...kleiner Unterschied...Birnen-Britney ist nicht fromm und bekommt auch nicht soviel Respekt entgegen gebracht....Große Gemeinsamkeit: "Beide sind extrem weltfremd..."
