On July 3, 2004, the Scientologists threw Tom Cruise a six-figure 42nd birthday party. Footage of the party has surfaced and it's fascinating to watch Cruise over-reeact in all the ways we've come to know. Eventually, bursting with his unbridled manic enthusiasm, he leaps from his seat and joins the entertainment, to the tune of Bob Seger's "Old Time Rock & Roll." (via Daily Mail)

Message boards are abuzz with the news that the Freewinds , the church's massive cruise ship and floating top secret training compound, has been sealed by Caribbean authorities.
