Usher opened the BET Awards â08 off with a couple seconds of his latest single âMoving Mountainsâ then went right into his hit single âLove In This Clubâ. Honestly, the energy on the stage could have been better. I was really hoping for a Beyonce cameo for his âLove In The Clubâ remix, but I was disappointment. STRAIGHT OUTTA NYC — Usher opened up the awards with his hit “Love In This Club”. As much as I love me some Usher, for an opener his set was kind of weak. I would’ve enjoyed it better if Ursh perfomed the remix to this joint…bringing out Jeezy, T.I. and maybe even Beyonce. Now that would’ve gotten the show started right! Keyshia Cole hit the stage to perform “Heaven Sent” and “Let It Go”. I’m a Keyshia fan but seriouly this chick needs a lesson or two on how to put on a show.
