RIP to Pimp C of UGK, the Underground Kings, who was found dead this morning in his Hollywood hotel room. One of the most influential and respected groups in the history of Southern hip-hop is no more.

So apparently I left a few categories out of my previous Grammy post (I was in a rush, sue me). Had I been paying attention, I would’ve noticed that UGK picked up a nod in the Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group category. Fuck it, this deserves its own post anyway.
